Well...FK since you aren't closing this yet...I think I'll join, and um...since that's pretty much exactly what I was looking to get done on my arm, only as a half sleeve though (navy regs -.-), If it's okay with you and not a bad price, I'll buy the winner's pic off em for say, 50 bucks?

um... this thread is still dead. I realize that this was roughly an eternity ago, but uh.. (half) true to my promise, I really did do something about this TWO years ago.
